Eats. Kick off

Running, Bodycombat, Bodypump, gym, pulsespinning are my training favourites. My fot feels much better today so I felt it would be a perfect runday when I woke up. The clouds did not so they throw a lot of rain all over the city. Damn it. So now I have to go for plan B. Bodycombat. After a yummi fruit and yoggi bowl and a hard bread I feel fit for fight to enter the white and lovely training room at Wordclass Nybroplan.
