I had a mixed training session tonight. A little bit before eight I took of in my Asics to Stockholm Stadion to watch when a lot skilled runners like Anders Szalkai where, Snabbafötter and others were running 10 000 m around and around at the stadion. 25 laps in total. That is quite a lot of laps, like swiming, doing the same thing over and over again which is nothing for me. I like variation. So after my spectator session I took of to Djurgården. My leg is not fit for fight yet so I took it very easy today as well and only went running for 6 km where I focused on quality. The remaining 4 kms of my route was a powerwalkandtalk. It was not painfree but much better than two days ago so I am in general taking it a bit easy with training runs now and focus on the upcoming competitions and especially my third marathon. As it feels now Midnattsloppet next week will not be a painfree story but with a lot of tape and ice power it is definitley not a mission impossible. I know that there are many others that can not run at all so I really enjoy every single step of running around in the capital of Scandinavia in the sunset.
